To date, we have completely cleaned our facility, organized the work centers and storage areas, and are maintaining our progress on a daily and weekly basis.  While we are continuously striving to improve our 5-S program, we have improved the working environment for our team members making Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing more efficient and effective in our overall processing.
