The Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) mills are very effective in enhancing productivity and efficiencies.  Our machining centers produce accuracy and repeatability consistently to meet the demands of today's quality standards.     CNC Lathes - Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing has invested in the most sophisticated Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) lathes made today.  These machines have enabled us to achieve maximum efficiencies and productivity.  The CNC lathes are accurate and accountable for constant day-in and day-out results.    Assembly - We are capable of assembling different components and parts in offering our customers a complete package.  This flexibility and variety combined with diversified experience is just an additional option.  We are committed in meeting your needs completely.     C.M.M. - Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing has invested in new Equipment, such as a new Coordinate Measure Machine (C.M.M.) which allows us to accurately document part dimensions.     S.P.C. - Statistical Process Control (S.P.C.) is used throughout our entire facility.  Critical print characteristics are continually monitored.  Also, new process re-evaluated with S.P.C. capability studies by utilizing inline S.P.C. software.  This allows us to better communicate effectively and accurately with our valued customers.
